Omar Apollo stuns the NPR office with his Tiny Desk debut performance, bringing the culture and leaving everyone with some life advice. Apollo was asked to open NPR’s “El Tiny” for Latin Heritage Month leading the all-star Latinx lineup including Carin León, Girl Ultra, Trueno, Jessie Reyez, Susana Baca, Tokischa, Carla Morrison and Farruko. Omar performed “En El Olvido” (accompanied by Mariachi Lindas), fan favorite “Evergreen,” “Petrified,” and “Endlessly” from his highly acclaimed debut album IVORY.
